- Paper communications (PTO “Blue Paper”) in Friday folders (Grades K-6)
- In-school bulletin boards
- PTO email blasts for special announcements and recurring needs throughout the year
- PTO Meetings (TBD) (unless otherwise indicated)
PTO meetings are normally scheduled on the second Monday of every month at 6:00 P.M., in the High School Library.
Check the online Calendar for specific meeting dates as they are scheduled.

Request Funding from The Vanguard School PTO
Staff and Administration at The Vanguard School may submit requests to the PTO in two ways:
1. Using the PTO Fund Request Form. Each item will be voted on by PTO board members and qualifying parents that regularly attend PTO meetings.
2. Submitting requests to the School’s “Wish List.” These requests will be routinely reviewed during the year to assess the PTO’s ability to fund these types of purchases.
Please submit completed PTO Funds Request Forms to one of the two PTO mailboxes located next to the teacher mailboxes located inside the Elementary or High School buildings.
Expense Report for Reimbursement
If you purchased items on behalf of the Vanguard School PTO or from a PTO approved Fund Request Form and would like reimbursement, please complete the PTO Expense Report for Reimbursement Form (Updated: September 2017). Guidelines for submission are on the form.
